Ida Guibert est une artiste diplômée des arts numériques et des sciences humaines. Son passage par les sciences humaines a éveillé son regard aux problématiques politiques et sociales qu’apportent les technologies contemporaines, telles que la marchandisation des données, la surveillance et le rapport d’authenticité aux images numériques.
Ida Guibert is an artist with a degree in digital arts and human sciences. Her practice constantly links the material and the virtual, hybridising media - video games, performance, video, installation - to disturb our relationship with reality. Her background in the humanities has awakened her to the political and social issues raised by contemporary technologies, such as the merchandising of data, surveillance and the relationship between authenticity and digital images.
